My main issue is that half the time I feel like I'm fighting against the headset to even make it sound good on PC. Their software that you have to go and find and install is pretty useless. Additionally, I haven't even had them for a year and when trying to listen to music on PC, most of the time the audio is really choppy and the volume has a mind of its own. Nothing in their desktop app fixed it either. I saw people on Reddit saying that "all I had to do was turn off other devices under using 2.4GHz" and that's an unacceptable fix. Keep in mind, I don't have a noisy rf environment in my house either. No average house should! Bluetooth connected to phone generally works well, though. That's the only bright spot. The only reason I bought these is because you can switch from Bluetooth to Wireless mode with a single button, but ever since the audio quality started to have issues when using on my PC, it isn't even worth the effort. I will likely cut my losses and look into a better brand, even if I need to pay more. Overall, a very disappointing headset.

The wireless dongle blinks random colors opposite to what the user would think when the headset is connected red for connected and green for disconnected. If your PC has bluetooth the headset will not work it has to be through the dongle, but if you connect it through the bluetooth on your phone or tablet no issues. Company added excessive needs for a rather basic headset.

Good for the money
