I tried factory resetting the headsets and nothing but its good

Good headphones

The PlayStation audio output device will not switch automatically if the headset is powered off. You can manually change the Audio Output device on the PlayStation console, or remove the USB transmitter. The audio controls are finicky and will cause it to disconnect completely from the Xbox. I don’t think turtle beach is as good as it use to be. The last two sets I’ve had were w downgrade right out of the box
