Perfect headset, plenty of custom tuning capabilities

This product works great noise cancellation cancels out all of your surrounding with loud volume as well.

This headset is great, especially with the compatible app. The app gives lots of versatility to the headset that allows for a more immersive gaming experience. I found a couple of issues that I see as not ideal. After using this headset for extended periods of time, my outer ears became sore/irritated from the pressure. The other issue is the wireless/bluetooth switching. I purchased this headset after having the Xbox Series X/S headset, which had a simultaneous connection to my Xbox and my phone. That allowed me to watch videos or listen to music from my phone without other people hearing. This headset does not have simultaneous connection, but rather a button to switch between wireless and bluetooth. The switch works fine, but does get a little annoying having to switch to one and then not be able to hear the other.

One of the best headsets for my Xbox ever! Absolutely amazing audio quality and tracking that stuns me every time. As someone who’s used countless headsets this one is definitely top 3. Mic quality is so good my friends said it sounds like I’m right there!

Very comfortable! I like how you can adjust the volume of the game and chat separately.

Thier..ok. Not great. But if you’re not hearing any mic noise or no one is hearing you. You have to kind of play with the mic and volume dial while game to test to see what you can and can’t hear what others can hear or else it’s gonna be nearly impossible to know. And it took me forever to find that out.

Pretty sturdy headset, good connection and had I for few months, no issues so far. Worth the purchase.

It’s a good headset. I worry about the long term reliability of the foldable mic. It sometimes won’t connect to usb but usually turn on/off it works. Biggest issue is the controls. Really no need for 3 different roll buttons.

Great for the price. I like how the microphone is barely noticeable until you bring it down for calls and has decent NC.

They’re good quality headphones. I’ve shuffled through a lot of different models that work well with glasses and these so far haven’t disappointed. The battery life is surprisingly long I often forget that they’re wireless because I never charge them.

Headset is exactly what I was looking for. Simple plug and play and they stay connected. I use these on my PC with no issues and the battery has lasted much longer than my previous headset. Definitely recommend these.

Great headset! Easy to use, Easy to Set up, clear sound!

The headset works great. The only issue was to have the microphone work you had to download the Swarm app and unmute the mic from there after pairing the app to the headset. It wasn't clear anywhere on the packaging and I had to find a Reddit post to figure this out. It was a very frustrating experience to start. Otherwise, works very well.

These are great headphones especially for the price. Battery lasts forever too.

My son bought these turtle head set and it was giving a lot of static thankfully we had a protection plan and just as always Best Buy replaced them easily!

I bought these just a few weeks ago and my husband has been pretty satisfied with them. Turtle Beach is a good company that make quality products for a decent price. Will buy again.

Easy connection to Xbox. Got it for my son as a Christmas gift. Just purchased another one for my other son.

It’s a really good headset and swears every penny I spent on it. I have no complaints about it and you really do that every penny you spent on it like literally 10 out of 10.

Best headphones i’ve ever used. The sound is nice and switching back and forth between console and bluetooth is so easy. Highly recommend!
