Excellent, but bad.

When you go online to the website and request customer support. All you get is sales pitches and discounts on future purchases. My attempts to install the updates. We're also a failure with no assistance. Otherwise, again, sound quality excellent. I wish someone could help with this issue.

They look good and feel like a good-quality product. The app has sound adjustable modes from increased bass, and footsteps mode to signature sound mode. The bass is solid for the price, but overall bass sounds good when listening to music in Bluetooth mode. This is my first time trying a Turtle Beach product and I am satisfied with it. Price and features are worth it!
