No matter what i tried, reset, updates etc it doesnt work. I tried to get it fixed but turtle beach support keeps wanting me to update it (i did already) on the 4th email. Im sure this is their strategy do people lose interest. But yeah pay 100$ for a headset that stops working and you cant even take it apart hecause the screws are already stripped out and just spin. Turtle beach is garbage. Shame on me for not listening to everyones advice.

Then all of a sudden wouldn't connect then it would randomly connect and the sound would be so loud and distorted My ears would hurt then wouldn't connect again and now won't connect at all The wireless dongle just flashes red and won't work. Bluetooth mode works but the sound is half as good as wireless do not buy without recommend. Quality is a step up from Gen 2 but that's about it never had issues with my Gen 2 like this.
