Contact turtle beach and they are sending me a replacement. Fair headset for the price, battery life is great.

No idea why. So annoyed. I brought it back and got a new one. I used it one time for the sound and the sound quality is great.

Missing transmitter

We traveled the next day so never opened it. We finally open it a couple months later and found out it's missing the transmitter & charge cord. So that was a waste of money since buying new transmitter is half the price with shipping. Never used it. Guess it's good his old pair still works. This is our 4th turtle beach headset & probably our last.
