Countless Issues

Recently i had to buy new ones cuz the band cracked. I’m not kidding when i say that every time I tried buying one, there was always a problem with every pair; didn’t pair with the console, couldn’t adjust volume, didn’t turn on at all. Would be great, If you ever find a pair that actually work that is. Otherwise a complete waste of time.

Headset turned off and would not turn back on. Had to look up online how to fix it. Required a PC, downloaded the app and updating the headset. Has been perfect otherwise!

The sound quality is good, but it feels like a vice grip on my head. I have a small head and really didn’t think it would be a problem, but it gives me awful headaches. Thought it would loosen up, but it hasn’t. Of course the return window closed before coming to this conclusion. Really disappointed.
