To play on PS5 and be connected on my phone to speak with my Xbox friends in the xbox party. As far comfort level goes i would give it a 5 out of 5. Sound quality could be a little better for the price but still superior to some random headsets. This is where the functionality starts to fail, if i get a phone call or do anything else on my phone it will switch to a mode where i cant hear the game anymore. It was very frustrating trying to find the perfect audio balance after it switches from phone to PS5. Also the PC connection is a hit or miss. One day itll work great and another it might not connect at all. I would recommend this product specifically for PS5 players only and not my situation where i have multiple devices running.

The sound is phenomenal and definitely enables better playing. But marinating in sweat has its downsides

They all broke at the same spot.. just not worth the money to break so easily. Sound quality is good but not great. Better off just buying xbox version headphone....

The price difference was only $50, so I went ahead and bought with the 2 year protection plan. The material is kind of flimsy. The regular Gen 2 that I had bought previously was returned once due to the ear muffs not locking in place and the meshes inside came off. Not only that my usb broke after another year of use. I use them a lot not only for gaming but listening to music on my phone as well (Bluetooth Compatible without the USB). 700 MAX is pretty decent since you can adjust the sound through the Turtle Beach App. It’s kind of the same as the old version but you can use it more often rather than having to charge it after one setting. I like these because of the sound quality; clarity, bass, non-static, mic clarity, echo noise cancellation. I believe you can only go about 8-10ft away from it’s connected device before it starts to crack up. These are more for sit down use not mobile use. Just like any other electronics, their flimsy either way. Just how you take care of them. Over I’m satisfied about the quality it produces not the price.
