Aside from that I’d have to say I’m quite annoyed having to have exchanged these exact headphones for a new pair once every few months. It would seems there’s no safety stopping the headphones from taking more juice than needed to charge completely shorting them all together rendering them useless to the consumer. I’m hoping turtle beach will provide some sort of update to either the internal working digitally or physically to fix this issue as I’m sure it’s not just happening to the handful of my friends and just I.

Durable and overall a great sound quality. The audio hub you can download allows me to preset the audio for the games I’m playing. The Bluetooth dual connect is great too for when I’m in between matches, scrolling through social media or want to listen to music while gaming.

Here and there the headset does have a little hiccups . Sometimes the audio will sound distorted and sometimes the headset will “connect” to my PS5 but no audio will come out or it will completely shut off

I noticed it was not fitting right by being loose and then broke the next day; Terrible design, see photo. Too expensive to break. What annoyed me was even though you connected to your phone, it would always mention "connecting" to my PC repeatedly when I walk by my PC in bluetooth range.
