This is far superior to any I have ever used and the 3D sound is on point! Highly recommended.

I have gone through trouble shooting and still have this issue. BUYERS BEWARE.

These sound horrible, the sidetone is robotic

I returned these in about 2 hours its unusable. The sidetone is ridiculously bad, you sound like a robot and after about 10 minutes it gave me a headache. They fit very tight and bevome uncomfortable very quickly. The sound is constantly cutting in and out. Firware is all updated so its a quality issue. Dont waste your money on these, they are worth $30 max

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while. The "Side-Tone" feature is known as Mic-Monitoring, and can be adjusted or even turned off. Only the black one works with xbox! Other than that the headset is great and works really well for my use!
