The custom driver that comes with the USB dongle didn't work. I could not get the headphones to pair with the dongle. I could get them to pair directly to the computer over Bluetooth, but the experience was less than stellar. People in Teams meetings said they could not hear me. I returned these and bought some Logitechs for a lot less money. The Logitechs aren't perfect, but I can live with a couple of quirks for the money I saved.
