    Its a good headset but it has somes little problems here and there, seems like they sent out a unfinished product and for $200 i expect better.

    I got this headset and it was really confusing to setup because you need to download drivers for it or else it will not work out of box overall good headset

    This turtle beach headset lives up to the turtle beach reputation of having great audio performance and a sleek design. The folding microphone hides away nicely in the ear cup when not in use but can be dropped down to trash talk your opponents. The headset has ear cushions that are soft and comfortable. The hearing on this headset is amazing. The super human hearing feature really boosts the sound and the battery life is great. I have been using them for a week straight right out the box and still haven’t had to charge them yet. The Bluetooth function was easy and a great convenience for switching between game and phone audio. Good battery lasting approx a week of 2 to 3 game play a day. Sound clarity is excellent. Perhaps most importantly, it connects wirelessly to every major gaming console, so you no longer have to pick between Xbox and PlayStation versions of the headset, as you did with the original Stealth 700 Gen 2. I’m very happy with this upgrade and would highly recommend for gamers!

    Frequent disconnecting. Poor sound. Fitting on my head was great but not at the price. Weekpoint at ear cup to head band broken clear through. These were bougt in February. Very disappointing.

    I bought this on 12/23 for my son. It stopped working on 1/18. I tried to exchange on 1/19 and Best Buy won't accept it. Apparently their policy is 14 days, no regard that the item is faulty. BEST BUY DO BETTER! Most stores give at least 30 days, even more during holidays.

    I've been thoroughly impressed by the performance of the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX (a very long product name)! Anywho, there are many features to like about this headset. [PROS] - For starters, I'm a huge fan of the build quality. Is it mostly comprised of plastic, but it seems to be on the thicker side which adds to the sturdiness. However, the headband is metal allowing a smooth transition when shortening or expanding the headset size. The fit of the 700 Gen 2 MAX varies. For me, it is a snug fit. It's one of the "tighter" headset, but I had no problem wearing it for long periods of time which my glasses on. The headset covered my ears completely which made a for greater sound experience. I'm in love with how this headset sounds especially when it's paired with the PS5. The Tempest 3D Audio is legit when listening through this product. The cups encompass the ears and reproduces sounds comes from distinct locations. The sound feedback from 3D Audio is truly one of the best features. At the time of review, I wasn't able to modify the EQ Settings from the PC app, but I was able to make changes via Bluetooth. There's a great number of modifications and tweaks that can be made in order to tune the sound to your taste. However, I made a few minor adjustments, but I didn't touch the bass which brings me to my next point. The bass is tremendous. You would mistake this headset for subwoofer. Finally, the last highlight is the microphone. It's clear and consistent with how I would want my voice portrayed. Also, it's designed in a way where it can remain incognito when it's muted. [CONS] I wasn't disappointment by much from this headset, but here are the lowlights: No ambient mode, Lack of audio jack/aux port, and I did encounter some screeching when connecting and reconnecting to the PS5. I expect this to be fixed via a firmware update and/or console update. [CONCLUSION] This is a wonderful device that I use as my daily driver now. You won't be disappointed.

    Bought these headphones for my son, he really likes the fact that it is wireless so he can use it anywhere he sits in the room . He had the older version which he loved so these are 10 times better due to the advanced features .

    The wireless range is the worst of any headphones I have ever used. The sound is not any better as other brands. The super hearing is much weaker than with earlier models. . There isn't any app for the PC and you have to use a phone for the limited amount of control you get. Very poor In my opinion I purchased another brand.

    Absolute piece of garbage. Constantly cuts in and out for both game and chat audio. Used turtle beach support they said update firmware. It was up to date already. Headset is still a piece of crap. Wish I could return it. I’ll never buy another turtle beach product again

    Bought two, one works the other dosen't

    We bought 2 of these, one black and the other colbilt blue. The black one worked great no problems. The colbolt blue one would power on but immediately try to pair with Bluetooth. We tried troubleshooting it but to no avail. We are going to return the blue one in hopes of getting one that works. To bad this happened on Christmas

    Wish i could leave a zero star! The volume button does not work, and the sound is super low. Even when i tried to update it. Does not work for the PS5.

    Left earpiece push the arm of my glasses into my head so hard that it actually hurts. The cutout for glasses is defective. No indentation for the backside of ear. Mic arm doesn't always unmute when lowered..

    Bought these as the previous pair of Gen 2 max after owning for a little after a year, stopped turning on. About a week later, they had the exact same issue. Ended up returning these and purchased the Steelseries Nova 7p’s which are $50 cheaper and way better quality.
