    Waste if time and money

    I made the unfortunate decisin of buying this, theres a reason turtle beach has such a bad rep. It does not work theres no power at all on it. On there website it even states thats this is a common issue and gives false hope with a claimed solution thay doesnt work. Luckily i bought a two year warrenty on it and we shall see how best huy handles that.

    After turle beaches installed auto turn off on these headsets its the worst, i have my headset connected to my xbox and pc at the same time, if i turn volume off for xbox they turn off after 5 minutes even tho im playing sound from my pc, it was a good product until they installed auto turn off and theirs no way of removing the annoying future

      We're sorry to hear about you're experience with the Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX Headset for PlayStation, however, the auto-shutdown feature of the headset has been there since release, and the PlayStation version of the headset is NOT compatible with Xbox at all, we're unsure of how you would be using it with Xbox.

      Additionally, the Bluetooth connection was NOT designed for use with Windows or Mac PCs, but with mobile devices.

    It’s not the best not worth the price tag, have to take out the wireless connector to watch tv it’s not a great product

      Along with removing the USB transmitter, you can also manually change the Audio Output device within the consoles settings when you want to watch TV.

    headset stopped working

    it stopped working. had an older model and I exchange them for this newer model, my son used them for maybe a month or so and all of the sudden they stopped working, no power no nothing. will go back to Best Buy and exchange them for a new one. not sure if this brand has issues with their headsets or if it was just a bad batch!

    Who ever thought using a transmitter for a headset is beyond ignorant. If you have a microwave anywhere near you using your headset it will distort the sound. Anything that admits any kind of rays radiation or data messes up the sound on the headset. For 200$ you would think these things would be made better. Thank god for geek sqaud i can go get a 200$ best buy card and get back the orginal gen 1s smh

    avoid at all cost make sure to do your research the dongle will go out after a few weeks maybe longer but its a known issue and they are not going to fix it. I have ha Turtle beach products for years and this is by far the worst ones sadly and will be going to a different brand now as they have gone down hill
