Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My honest opinion is that these are extremely high quality sound headphones that even integrate with an app on your phone where you can keep the updates as current as possible for any changes or upgrades to its internal system. Aside from that I’d have to say I’m quite annoyed having to have exchanged these exact headphones for a new pair once every few months. It would seems there’s no safety stopping the headphones from taking more juice than needed to charge completely shorting them all together rendering them useless to the consumer. I’m hoping turtle beach will provide some sort of update to either the internal working digitally or physically to fix this issue as I’m sure it’s not just happening to the handful of my friends and just I.

Countless Issues

Recently i had to buy new ones cuz the band cracked. I’m not kidding when i say that every time I tried buying one, there was always a problem with every pair; didn’t pair with the console, couldn’t adjust volume, didn’t turn on at all. Would be great, If you ever find a pair that actually work that is. Otherwise a complete waste of time.

Great headset but minor errors

Here and there the headset does have a little hiccups . Sometimes the audio will sound distorted and sometimes the headset will “connect” to my PS5 but no audio will come out or it will completely shut off
