They make no sense. I should have gone with the cheaper version. Also, after about an hour my ears hurt. They connect quickly and sound nice, but i cannot easily balane the volume of my game and chat volume.

My husband also bought the exact same one. We were both having problems with the headphones connecting to our PCs. Found out it was connecting to my bfs PC instead of mine. It was continuing disconnecting from mine to his and vice versa. If you have a partner using the same headphones. I recommend not to use them in the same room or buy different ones. It had great audio, though. Sad to say, we are having to return them.

Not connecting properly

I have had them just over a year and the microphone is constant static. It's worn out and isn't detachable. The other problem I have is that it CONSTANTLY loses connection from the game. I have to shut it off and then turn it back on to hopefully get it working again. That really sux when you are in the middle of a game. I have used MANY wireless headsets and this had been by far the worst and most annoying.

I would love to make adjustments to the EQ, but the companion app will not detect the headset so I can’t. I like the look and feel of my Astro A30 headphones more so I will be returning this headset.
