If you have an issue like I did with one of the headsets after a yr....they quickly and easily replace the item!! It's amazing! These are now 8 months old and the covering on the foam that rests on your head is coming off and they are in the process of mailing me a new headset! They stand by their product. You can't say that much these days!!

The 2 dongles almost feel like a gimmick to me but if you looking to have 0 wires with a seamless connection to, lets say Xbox, Pc and your phone (Bluetooth) it works. You just sacrifice sound quality.

The ability to switch between my PC and my Xbox has been game changing! Definitely would recommend these to anybody

I only purchased this headset because my Sony headset broke in the same spot twice. The total beach is good. It’s better quality, but the noise cancellation is better on the Sony.
