    Ive owned every model of these headphones and these are by far the best to date! The sound, archticture and design have all been improved. My previous Gen 2s both broke at the yolk and now that it is metal they feel so much better. The clarity of the headphones and mic for the price is unmatched. And being able to connect to my xbox and gaming pc at the same time all while listening to music on my phone rocks!

    I have no words to review this Gaming headsets best I can say they are Top 1 best gaming headset ever, can connect my XBOX Serie X as well mi PC and the same time listen music or receive call with my phone, also connect to the PS5 using the PC dongle, extremely recommended

    I bought this headset as a replacement for my Gen 2 whose headphone bracket broke. The Gen 3 resolved this issue by giving it a more reliable way of connecting the headphones to the over-the-head strap thing (I don't know the technical terms). Overall, the Gen 3 seems more sturdy than previous models, the app being easier to use is also plus.

    The product is a good product. I was misled by a sales representative so it didn’t meet the needs I needed and I had to return it. The one I needed wasn’t in stock. They said I could prepay for it when it comes in stock but I would also have to 80 dollars for delivery TO THE STORE …. Makes no sense. It’s on the way to the store anyways. Yall are out of stock …. Bad business practice. Lack of knowledge from sales representatives is the only reason I ended up purchasing. The extended warranty is 80 dollars as well for two year. I brought it directly from the manufacturer and recieved a 3 year warranty for 44 dollars. They are con artist in Best Buy. Buyers beware.

    Enjoy them thoroughly sometimes they glitch volume control and audio, but all I have to do is reset them great for callouts and Dual listening and wish they cup my ears more and swiveled on the earmuffs

    Great sound, although you have to adjust the equalizer a bit to find the best balance. Same with the mic.
