Works as described. We sometimes have problems with it switching between platforms but when it does work quality is great.

Best headset I have purchased in years. Works great on multiple consoles and i can answer the phone on it while gaming. And i love the customization through the app

Really good headset, especially with being able to change chat volume to game audio with ease it takes time getting used to the settings but it’s worth it.

These were just kind of a mess from the start. They were a gift from my wife and I was super excited to use them but was only met with disappointment. I had been using the Astro A50 Gen1 for 12 years and finally needed some new headphones. These were not it. Here's the breakdown: Pros: Fairly comfortable. I wasn't a fan of the ear pads but that doesn't negate the fact that they were comfortable. The noise canceling works pretty well. Not something I look for in my gaming headphones since I don't game every day, but it worked well. That's it. Nothing else. Cons: Sound was awful. The presets were no help. Everything was higher really high pitched or sounded like I was underwater. No where near the quality of my A50s that had ZERO eq presets. Both computer and phone apps were terrible. I couldn't even get the phone app to load half of the time. Updating the firmware was another hassle. I understand the importance but the headphones were constantly turning off or disconnecting despite being fully charged. I'm just a casual gamer, so maybe some of these "cons" are common. The sound quality alone was enough for me to return these. I paid the extra dollars and got the Astro A50 Gen 5s. Well worth it.

Nice but don’t stay charged long. Feels great but wish it was multiple ways to talk at the same time.

Yes, $199 isnt exactly the cheapest on the market but for all of the features and being able to use interchangeably with my PC because of the 2 included dongles.... its pretty nice.

Bought this for my bf for Christmas & he talks about how good the noise cancellation is & how amplified the sounds of the game are. He’s very happy with it!

My son loves these headphones for his Xbox and they are def sound proof. Highly recommend buying them for your gamer.

Noticed a few malfunctions, sometimes the volume scroll does not work, cuts in and out. When turning on sometime will have to hold longer than needed. What I can say is the battery lasts long and it somewhat comfortable.

The sound quality is absolutely amazing! Took me a little bit to get used to the buttons but, these are definitely an upgrade !

Good sound love being able to switch between PC and console with the touch of a button and having my phone hooked up via bluetooth at the same time.

Works good, but sometimes cuts out in the controls are a little weird. I don’t like how the side controls can hit your shoulder and sometimes turn down or turn up.

Great for price I just went with pros because I’m using for gaming but these are great all around music tv And games
