Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been a dedicated turtle beach, customer for most of my adult life, and I’d have to say that I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service and quality of products lately. The sound and overall performance of this headphones are great but the overall strength of the physical headphones themselves crack and break after my second pair got a defective one in the box and customer service pretty much told me to kick rocks and I’m out of Luck so now to a new brand. Would Not Buy

At times, it feels like im trying to solve an unsolvable puzzle just to get rhe microphone to work. The noise reduction and sound is amazing. The issue is, spending 20 minutes doing whatever I can think of just to get the microphone to register that its on so I can talk to friends in a party. If not for that issue, 5 stars. Unfortunately, I am a dad and I dont have 20 minutes to waste just to get the microphone to work properly.

My BB app alerted me to a price drop of $47. Went in to get the price match and was told it was only for the Cobalt Blue color. Poor girl at the checkout had to be the one to tell me that, yeah, I bought the "wrong color". C'mon, man! Headset is fine after downloading the firmware update (which btw requires both dongles [Xbox & pc] to be plugged in otherwise the update fails to start.

Had to update mine out the box so make sure to so that!
