great so far abt 1 month no issues sounds fantastic, on sale too was definitely worth it

Love the ability to be able to connect to my ps5 while using Bluetooth to also listen to my phone. There is a nice dial on the side that allows for you to isolate whichever one you rather hear more.

A headset that feels very professional. I suggest that you don't turn up the bass too much in the EQ because they are very powerful. I did it and hurt my ears for a few days (my fault).

I actually ended up returning these. The 2 dongles almost feel like a gimmick to me but if you looking to have 0 wires with a seamless connection to, lets say Xbox, Pc and your phone (Bluetooth) it works. You just sacrifice sound quality.

previously had the gen 2 max and then before that the 600 gen 2 and then the 600 gen 1. will never switch off of turtle beaches. they are a great brand and ill stick with them. they finally fixed the problem that the last gen had above the ear pieces. its metal now and it swivels. its awesome

These were just kind of a mess from the start. They were a gift from my wife and I was super excited to use them but was only met with disappointment. I had been using the Astro A50 Gen1 for 12 years and finally needed some new headphones. These were not it. Here's the breakdown: Pros: Fairly comfortable. I wasn't a fan of the ear pads but that doesn't negate the fact that they were comfortable. The noise canceling works pretty well. Not something I look for in my gaming headphones since I don't game every day, but it worked well. That's it. Nothing else. Cons: Sound was awful. The presets were no help. Everything was higher really high pitched or sounded like I was underwater. No where near the quality of my A50s that had ZERO eq presets. Both computer and phone apps were terrible. I couldn't even get the phone app to load half of the time. Updating the firmware was another hassle. I understand the importance but the headphones were constantly turning off or disconnecting despite being fully charged. I'm just a casual gamer, so maybe some of these "cons" are common. The sound quality alone was enough for me to return these. I paid the extra dollars and got the Astro A50 Gen 5s. Well worth it.

So far it’s been excellent!! We’ve tried several others an this one is very well built! Stronger at the joints where others have broke!

Clear sound, but the low end doesn't seem as good as my old Gen 2. I expected more from the larger drivers. I do appreciate all the mic adjustments, though. Very comfortable, especially for someone that wears glasses. Better build quality than gen 2.

These headphones are amazing. I decided to upgrade after using the same ones for almost 7 years and I was very shocked with how immersive these headphones make you feel while gaming. The ability to use Bluetooth and the receivers at the same time is also super convenient.

This item is a 10 out of 10 must have for gamers. Sound quality is excellent.
