This is my second one. The first kept disconnecting no matter what I did. The second one seems to be working much better. It is built sturdy, the sound quality is great, and the microphone sound is also quite good. One star off for having to get a second one before it would work properly, and for the fact that even at the widest, it still pinches on my head slightly.

Very comfortable, the sound is crisp, and the AI mic is top tier.

Great headset, long lasting battery, built much better than prior generations, and overall great product. Occasionally the headset will randomly disconnect and not reconnect until you hit the switch button, even after restarting the headset [Switch between dongle and bluetooth button]. Doesn't happen often, but just enough to take note. Other than that, well worth the price.

Great Headset! hands down the best ive had comfort sound customization (thru the app), just awesome. These are so awesome i bought my son a pair for his Birthday, however they do not work with an identical set in the same room or house also being used. This to me really stinks especially the fact the turtle beach is aware of the issue and has basically no fix for the issue. I am kind of amazed that they have no fix as the old X42s we had 3 sets in a house and never once had an issue. I have updated both head sets performed factory reset the way turtle beach wants it done and now the original set doesn't work at all. I did click that I would recommend but only if you don't already have a set in the house or in apt your neighbor doesn't happen to have a set. Unfortunately will be returning for something else.

So I got these because I am a pc gamer and a console player. Pros: Great noise isolation Fits around ear comfortably Long battery life Cons Sometimes the connection glitches out with the USB connectivity and I have to turn on and off my headset in order for the microphone to work in voice chat There is no aux option Overall I have enjoyed them :).

Very great headset! I used to have the generation 2 of this headset, but the build wore down after 1.5 years and it randomly snapped one day. I was very good to the thing and had just replaced earcups, come to find out it was a common problem. This headset has metal in the build that will keep it from snapping where I had issues before. It also has better connection, and less quirks to getting it working compared to the last gen. The only issue I had was that the first one I purchased was defective. The buttons for Bluetooth and media/ changing sources were combined. Now that I have a non-defective one, I’ve been only having minor issues if any at all. Why I took a star off is because of the minor issues and the first headset being defective. Minor issues: Sometimes my mic doesn’t work on Xbox and I have to reboot it more than once, but I found that if a reboot doesn’t work just switch from to game chat and back. And very rarely do I run into another weird issue. Like today my Bluetooth wouldn’t play any audio over the headset but I just turned it off and on and it worked again. The gen 2 had wayy more bugs and problems connecting to Bluetooth and my Xbox. Overall it’s a fairly stable hardware and firmware! Though I took a star off, I would 100% recommend this headset! It’s very comfortable, has many features, and works wonderfully!

Ok so I love these turtle beach head phones. I can connect to my Xbox and my phone at the same time. When I am slaying with my friends and the wifey calls, she can not hear the game nor my friends hear my wife. The tech is awesome… I can’t wait to see what the next gen has in store….

Great headset! Would recommend this to most gamers. Love being able to have my phone connected and my game at the same time. The overall use and easy of operation of this headset is great

The ease of connection is great, the sound quality is great. It has issues with what I believe is it’s “sleep mode” and it won’t let me hear anything and I’ll have to turn everything off an on again. I believe it’s a manufacturing issue but that’s my only complaint. Doesn’t happen often

I got this to replacd my old steel series that finally died after five years. The build of these is very stout. Not cheap by any means. I like that Im able to link it to my phone. So when I need to watch a toutrial on youtube on how to play a game I can keep thr headset on. It also updates the drivers from the phone. Sound quality is super good. Also the headset mutes when the mic is flipped up. No accidentally being muted. 10/10

It's not as heavy as the comments suggested, mic sounds pretty good finally on a headset and it wont make my ears sweat when used for a few hours.

These are by far the best headphones I’ve ever worn. I always liked the hyperX cloud headphones because of how comfortable they were, but the sound quality in the Turtle Beach 700’s is phenomenal. They are pretty large compared to other headphones that I have worn, but I have gotten used to it now in just a couple of weeks. A lot to adjust to coming from wired to wireless, but worth it over and over again.

Sound quality is good and build, so far seems good. Issues: If you have more than one person in the house using a pair of these at the same time, connection issues occur when trying to pair to the console. Another issue seems to be that when the headset first comes on the volume is set to a high level regardless of the previous setting, And you have to turn the volume wheel up or down one notch and then back for it to be at the correct volume. Other than that them seem like quality merchandise.

A headset you cannot go back from!! Was iffy on the price at first till i first put them on, and biyyy were they a game changer!! Well worth the price quality of the material and sound are beyond. If you’re looking for high quality sounds with many different features, this is the headset for you!

These headsets are solid. The are built well, and don't fall apart so easily. For me as a blind user, I love the app for IOS. It allows me to set up the headsets without sighted assistance. I can customize the sound of the microphone, and the sound preset in the headsets. I have two gripes with this headset. First, it tends to cut off at random, no matter what it is set to. Second, the microphone even when set to ffull, does not have a professional sound. I understand that this is a gaming headset, but the lack of a broadcast microphone sound is slightly disapointing.

This is a quality product with excellent materials ensuring comfort, not to mention an extremely long battery life, the ability to toggle between bluetooth-enabled devices, and provide quality sound and an excellent microphone for gaming.

These are very good headphones if you’re really into shooting games. You can hear every step whether it’s left right up or down or just to the side. Sometimes you can even hear that your character breathing a little too realistic. But overall, if you’re into any type of detailed game or competitive gaming, these are the right ones for you, especially with a driver that it has inside the speakers.
