Yes, $199 isnt exactly the cheapest on the market but for all of the features and being able to use interchangeably with my PC because of the 2 included dongles.... its pretty nice.

Bought the Black version a week ago. My BB app alerted me to a price drop of $47. Went in to get the price match and was told it was only for the Cobalt Blue color. Poor girl at the checkout had to be the one to tell me that, yeah, I bought the "wrong color". C'mon, man! Headset is fine after downloading the firmware update (which btw requires both dongles [Xbox & pc] to be plugged in otherwise the update fails to start.

Great headset would buy another pair for my wife and my mother.

Loved them from the get go until the ear padding started to separate. The warranty is one year, and it happened the day before the warranty expired. By the time i researched the warranty period and procedure, i missed it by a day. for $200 headphone, there needs to be a bit more durability. Shame on Turtle Beach for cutting those corners. A week ago i would recommend them. not so much anymore.

Works good, but sometimes cuts out in the controls are a little weird. I don’t like how the side controls can hit your shoulder and sometimes turn down or turn up.

Killer headset has every settings you can imagine very simple set up app works wonderful and is extremely straightforward. Store I bought it at was extremely helpful when finding the headset in the store from looking at it online over y'all an awesome experience and a killer buy

I have been using turtle beach headphones for a really long time . This version is an upgrade from previous models. It comes with 2 blu tooth dongles for multiple systems and comes equipped with blu tooth so itis easy to connect to your tv and enjoy surround sound without waking everyone else in the house. Solid purchase and recommend for anyone looking for a amazing set of gaming headphones!!!!!!

Have been a dedicated turtle beach, customer for most of my adult life, and I’d have to say that I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service and quality of products lately. The sound and overall performance of this headphones are great but the overall strength of the physical headphones themselves crack and break after my second pair got a defective one in the box and customer service pretty much told me to kick rocks and I’m out of Luck so now to a new brand. Would Not Buy

Love rhe hesdset, really easy fo use with all volume knobs on headset and can habe an app for easy use as well. Had to update mine out the box so make sure to so that!
