Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been a dedicated turtle beach, customer for most of my adult life, and I’d have to say that I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service and quality of products lately. The sound and overall performance of this headphones are great but the overall strength of the physical headphones themselves crack and break after my second pair got a defective one in the box and customer service pretty much told me to kick rocks and I’m out of Luck so now to a new brand. Would Not Buy

My BB app alerted me to a price drop of $47. Went in to get the price match and was told it was only for the Cobalt Blue color. Poor girl at the checkout had to be the one to tell me that, yeah, I bought the "wrong color". C'mon, man! Headset is fine after downloading the firmware update (which btw requires both dongles [Xbox & pc] to be plugged in otherwise the update fails to start.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.previously had the gen 2 max and then before that the 600 gen 2 and then the 600 gen 1. will never switch off of turtle beaches. they are a great brand and ill stick with them. they finally fixed the problem that the last gen had above the ear pieces. its metal now and it swivels. its awesome
