I highly recommend this headset. Easy to set up and lots of customizable options using the app. Love listening to music on my phone while also chatting with my friends on Xbox Series X.

Nice headset for gaming... I have xbox series x and ps5 .. i can use wireless headset in all consoles

So far it has been great. I upgraded from the original Microsoft Bluetooth headset. It doesn’t feel as comfortable so far but it isn’t broken in. The audio adjusting takes some time to get used to as well

When these headphones work, they're great! But I'm constantly having to remove the dongle and replug it back in for the headphones to connect. I was very unhappy with these

I don’t know what happened with this series of headphones, but I do not recommend them. I’ve bought Turtle Beaches for my son for several years, and while they’ve always been just okay for durability, the Gen 3 has been terrible. One of the foam pads fell off after only two months, and my son had it taped back on. When I noticed, I took them back and exchanged them under warranty. I bought another pair, and in less than 24 hours, the hinge came loose. On top of that, there were sporadic connection issues with my son’s Xbox One (and honestly, we had similar issues with Gen 2 as well). At that point, I gave up on Turtle Beach and switched to the Rig 800 Pro HX. The only downside to the Rig is connectivity. The Turtle Beaches connected to my son’s Xbox One, tablet, phone, and Chromebook, which was why we stuck with them for so long. But now that he mainly uses his PC and Xbox, we didn’t need that level of flexibility. The Rigs have been rock solid for several months now. I’ve always been brand loyal, so it feels weird leaving Turtle Beach, but honestly, the Rigs have had zero issues - and any parent dealing with kids who constantly run into tech problems can tell you, that peace of mind is priceless.

The only thing I wish is that they had used the same ear cushions as Gen 2. These are good but previos Gen could hold the sound and felt better.
