    The worst designed headset of all time?

    First let me say that they are comfortable. That is all the positive. There are two volume rollers. In theory one is for the master volume, but in practical application, requires scrolling to the lowest end and then making microscopic adjustments to avoid ear rupture. Everytime. No sound settings are saved, second wheel sometimes increases mic moniter, sometimes chat volume. The application is of zero help aside from playing tag, you push to disable mic moniter, and it overrides you etc. It refuses to connect to my phone via bluetooth without a hard reset of the headset monthly. And worst of all, it somehow overrides xbox audio chat mixer settings, and wont let you set it via your device which is, of course utterly insane. I definitely will switch brands next go around.

    Multiple defective and dead on arrival

    The only reason I’m giving this 1 star is because I can’t give it a 0. I purchased this headset and it worked great and then I had to charge it. It charged correctly, but when it needed to be charged a second time, it would not charge or turn on. I exchanged the headset for another one and all parts were Dead On Arrival and would not turn on or charge fresh out of the box. Did another exchange and again everything in the box was DOA. When working, they are excellent, but after 1 defective and 2 DOA’s I decided to get a different headset. So, beware this headset and make sure you get a protection plan if you do decide to purchase it in case you run into the same problems.

    Horrible, could not charge or turn after 10 days of usage, and the worst part is that Bestbuy would not even give me an exchange because I missed the return date by 2 days! I would give it 0 stars if it would let me. I will never buy anything from Bestbuy again!

    I used this headset at the most 5 time know i cant even speak out of it would do not watse your money on this $200 headset

    Crinkling noise

    This is my second pair of the headset, the first one I got were from Amazon and the sound good at first. But I like loud music so when I turn on the bass boost through the app and it starts making this static crinkling noise every time the beat drop, and it's only on a certain artist (Billie Eilish chihiro) and some other some as well

    Defective

    Dont buy this unless you have a computet or pc to update this headset because it requires updates. Also buy it with the extended warranty in case its defective. Also turtle beach doesnt value your time as they will have you doing all the troubleshooting.
