    Sound and mic quality is awesome. Love that I can use it for console or pc. Only issue I have is it occasionally doesn’t connect so I have to unplug the USB and plug it back in.

    Love these headphones. They work on my computer and Xbox flawlessly. The only issue I have with them is that the headset requires a dongle for both the Xbox and computer so you have to switch the dongle from the Xbox to the computer. I would prefer if you just needed to use the dongle on the computer and not the Xbox.

    Killer headset has every settings you can imagine very simple set up app works wonderful and is extremely straightforward. Store I bought it at was extremely helpful when finding the headset in the store from looking at it online over y'all an awesome experience and a killer buy

    Headset is beautiful and sturdy. Sounds quality is great as well. However, having difficulty hearing my game party when my phone is paired with the headset. I can hear my phone but not my team. I disconnected my phone from the headset and I was still unable to hear my team.
