I love that I can choose what I want to hear the most as these are very adjustable. I also love the way they fit especially since I wear glasses. I highly recommend these for all gamers! Plus the blue tooth connection to my phone adds use outside the home also!

Plus got a great holiday price, used our saved up Best Buy Rewards on the purchase and ended up paying $5 for them to boot! Great product and BB service!

But the sidetone(mic monitoring) is really bad now. They have changed up the wheel controls and what they control.

The dongles really make it easy. The sound quality is amazing, the mic quality is great, and it feels like a premium product. The ONLY thing that I dislike was the initial app download annd update, and even that isn’t a really big deal. It was more of a temporary annoyance, but now that it’s done I’ve not had any issues.

I had an issue with the usb adaptors registering the headset. It would turn on and connect but it would not pick up the microphone. Returned that pair and got a replacement headset, same model and everything. The replacement now works amazing and I really enjoy the ability to use the headset simultaneously with a Bluetooth device and my console. Sound quality is great, chat audio is great, and sound customization is pretty in depth.
