Can’t hear your team and phone simultaneously

However, having difficulty hearing my game party when my phone is paired with the headset. I can hear my phone but not my team. I disconnected my phone from the headset and I was still unable to hear my team.

Great until they fall apart

The warranty is one year, and it happened the day before the warranty expired. By the time i researched the warranty period and procedure, i missed it by a day. for $200 headphone, there needs to be a bit more durability. Shame on Turtle Beach for cutting those corners. A week ago i would recommend them. not so much anymore.

Probably not worth $180. More like $130ish. Oh and its a struggle to update the headsets firmware. Shouldnt be that difficult.
