I am picky about headphones when it comes to comfort, and this is the only one I know of so far that kind of fit my head without making me feel too uncomfortable since I wear glasses too. Otherwise, I wouldn't really recommend it. The wireless can be finicky. It is a bit annoying to do software update since you need to take out both dongles for some reason. Sound quality is OK. I am not an audiophile. It's good and gets the job done. The wireless technology is amazing when it works, but is horrible to repair when it gets disconnected. Make sure you TURN OFF auto sleep in the app. By default, it's set to 30 minutes. However, this timer seems to start the moment you turn on your headphones. Meaning it will disconnect in a middle of a game match. I've had this happened several times. I have to turn off auto shut off for it to no longer be a problem. You just need to make sure to turn off the headphone after every use so as to not let itself drain the battery the whole night. Comfort is subjective. Sometimes it's a bit stiff, but this is the one that is acceptable for my head and ears for now. Until I find another pair that can offer better comfort, I'm stuck with this one. Summary: unless your head requires you to wear this headphone for comfort, consider other brands or models first.

i love this headset. that being said, i have had to use the warranty on many turtle beach headsets. i've only had this one 4 months. the game/chat audio wheel has quit working. i can still adjust it via the phone app. hopefully, that will be the only problem it has. trying to hold out until the warranty gets close and then swap it out for a new one. frustrating!!

They are great headphones. It’s just that now after a year, the Bluetooth piece stopped working. I think if you update through the swarm 2 app it’ll fix them. I tried it through mobile and it didn’t fix. I think desktop would be better. At the same time I bought them when they first came out. So there were a lot of bugs to fix. Great headphones overall and will be buying a different set possibly.

This headset so far is everything I ever hoped for and need from Turtle Beach, one of their best yet and worth it on and off sale!

Overall they are pretty good. I bought these to replace an old Turtle Beach 600 that started cutting out and these cut out too but not as bad. When they are connected they work really well.
