    Audible Hiss in Background

    This headset has an audible hiss in the background. It's not related to ANC, and it's made worse when the headset is at full volume. Perhaps I got a faulty unit, I don't know. If not for that, it would be awesome. The sound is good and ANC is good enough for a gaming headset. Will be returning, however.

    Good sound but terrible mic build quality

    Audio works fine but the mic is the real issue. It works for a bit and then stops working. Getting it to respond again is very difficult. It's also hard and inflexible so difficult to position near your mouth. The mic picks up sounds from your mouth and your surroundings. Perhaps that is on purpose for noise cancellation?
