    Stopped working after 14 months.

    I've owned the headset for 14 months and always kept good care of it, and never dropped it once. Today it completely stopped working. It turns off on it's on while it use, after about 20 minutes. It does this every time with either battery. This headset was designed to break, so you have to keep buying them. The fabric on one of the ear pieces is falling off as well. Get yourself some decent headphones and a microphone instead, they will last years.

    Connectivity and Fit are HORRIBLE

    These are terrible. I had the SteelSeries Nova Artis Pro for about a year and they became defective. So, I tried these instead. The pairing process is ridiculously troublesome. I am not an idiot and have a couple of hours tied up in the pairing process and several emails back and forth with the TB Tech Team. The headset itself is not near as comfortable to wear as the Artis Pro set. I returned these and went back to the SteelSeries. I may never try another set of Turtle Beach headsets again.

    It is really nice headset. My experience is love been able to connect to 2 devices at the sametime. The headset cushions will need some sort of protective sleeve, ot wear out fast.

    Not what I expected for the money

    Glitchy software and questionable settings when switching during game play. I had issues with it sounding different each time I switched between presets or my eq custom settings. Decided to return and go back to a 700 gen 2 max which I found great until mine died suddenly for no reason. Another issue with this one is it should have been made with the same gel ear muffs as the 700 because these were sweating on my head within 15 minutes. There is a lot of potential with the sound on this headset but I found it to be illusive with the software.

    Excellent headset. I only gave it 4 stars because it should be able to support everything like the Xbox version of this headset does.

    These headphones are alright on PS5 but are terrible on PC. The software is glitchy and for some reason it outputs Playstation outputs as well as PC? WHY? It confuses games and discord constantly. They also sound just how they look...Bland and boring. Unfortunately on PC the audio also cuts off during loud sounds which is incredibly annoying. Im frustrated that i didnt renew the warranty on these, i would have switched them for something worthwhile as the problem is getting significantly worse. I think the base is going bad. The only reason I kept them so long was for the surprisingly decent ANC, good build quality and swappable batteries. Would recommend if they were 100 bucks though

    They are ok. The sound is decent and they stay comfortable for awhile, but i returned mine because the build quality seems cheap. The Elite Pro 2 headset is better.

    Best headset I’ve had by far! Works well with both pc and ps5. Only issue I’ve come across is sometimes the mic doesn’t like to connect but could be user error.

    The volume wheel does not work. The app shows the volume of the headset at a fixed bar that does not change as you scroll the wheel.
