    This headset is an amazing gaming headset giving a great overall gaming experience with great sound. But the experience from best buy was overall terrible. I ordered this headseat for pickup and when I had picked it up it was open and overed in hair. When i went to exchange it they refused to exchange it even when i had brought the replacement to the register with me. They made me do a complete refund instead of just exchanging the product in the first place with no apology or anything. Do better caring abour your customers best buy.

    They are good headphones and do the job but the price is just not worth it. There were things I liked about it but I was expecting more and unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations.

    The transmitter kept cutting out within 10 min of gameplay. Up to date with the software. Took them back to bestbuy. Super frustrating......for the price ....any price. Going to spend my hard earned money on something that works. Best Buy no problems easy return.

    For the price these are below average headphones. Sound is ok but compared to others in same price range these dont compete in my opinion. Will be returning

    Over $300 and Doesn’t Last A Year

    Do not purchase. Paid over $300 for a headset that didn’t even last a year (left ear completely went out). Not to mention you have to contact manufacturer. Best Buy won’t honor a swap for a faulty product. I won’t be spending anymore money at either place (Turtle Beach or Best Buy). I’ll take my business elsewhere moving forward

    I use these For about a month but they start to fall apart very easily the top piece that goes over your head sort of peel apart the earpieces start come off the Headset. I’m glad I was able to get a great warranty through Best Buy for these I was able to exchange it for the artic nova pro Headset. unfortunately I don’t have any pictures as I just took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WARRANTY

    These headphones aren't worth the price. After around 10 months issues began occurring, but I hadn't been using my PC or the headset so it completely slipped my mind. The headphones constantly beep at the smallest movements and the software is horrible. I contacted support to see if there's any possible fix or way for me to get a replacement and I wasn't aware it had only been a day past the "one year warranty". I do NOT recommend and I will be returning back to my old headphone company.
