    The volume wheel does not work. The app shows the volume of the headset at a fixed bar that does not change as you scroll the wheel.

    Good battery system but not great anywere else

    I really like the battery system for these headphones you’ll basically never run out of charge if you do it right. The noise cancellation is just downright terrible in my opinion. The software is not easy to use and resets after closing the application. Microphone quality is not bad but not amazing. Especially for $300. I do not recommend.

    There decent headphones giving it a 2 star since you cant update through app or on ps5 . Idk if im getting full potential out of product to give it a good review .firmware is outdated out of box .

    This headset is an amazing gaming headset giving a great overall gaming experience with great sound. But the experience from best buy was overall terrible. I ordered this headseat for pickup and when I had picked it up it was open and overed in hair. When i went to exchange it they refused to exchange it even when i had brought the replacement to the register with me. They made me do a complete refund instead of just exchanging the product in the first place with no apology or anything. Do better caring abour your customers best buy.
