Good Headset, Needs Work

It does not retain the settings from one session to the next. If you have it shut down you will have to turn on things like super hearing and the equalizer each time and has other flaws. Sent a message to tech support, because you can't talk to anyone, and it's been 8 days without a response. If you need support, you appear to be on your own. I would keep checking into other brands that support the product.

Our Support Team has replied to all submitted Stealth Pro cases within a timely manner, as this is a newly released headset and contacts regarding it are viewed as a high priority. However, despite our team's efforts to search their system for a Stealth Pro case under the name Wayne; they have been unable to locate any submissions with that combination.
Can you please make an attempt at filling out another Support Form on the Turtle Beach website or sending a direct email to our Support Team? Their Contact Email address is (support @ turtlebeach . com) (remove the spaces).

Must use the desktop app for fine tuning though to get he perfect sound. Lots of adjustments available. Noise cancellation quality is excellent. BT range is substantially shorter than my previous TB wifi headset.

Overall good quality, however, the peace that broke seems to be important to be made out of plastic. I am contacting warranty and i will update this post base on how it goes. It broke my heart cause i loved this headphones. But i also paid almost $400 for them to be broken after 2 months of use.
