    Was skeptical at first for the price but once I put them on my head and over my ears fantastic product love all the customization you can do if you’re thinking about buying them buy them

    Horrible Build Quality

    The build quality is unacceptable, especially for the price. My mic stopped working after a year, which is longer than a lot of people get from what I've seen. Also the lack of separate volume controls for game and voice chat is odd considering much cheaper headsets, including those by Turtle Beach have that.

    Turtle beach used to be my one of the best gsming headset out there. I purchased and i had to return it because the sound quality it is sinply not there.

    Noise canceling not has good as I would think it should be Boom mic has a lot of static and replacements are unavailable

    Do not buy this headset.... As a pretty decent gamer I had these for 3-4 weeks and then the microphone stopped working. Go check on reddit and you will see HUNDREDS of people saying the exact same. The app is terrible not to mention you cant even update the headset because Turtle beach simply does not care about the people. All I can say is go check reddit that simple. You will see real reviews there. Huge Huge waste. go with Astros

    Disappointed. Connectivity is great but hate everything is tide to the mobile app. Very annoying. I ended buying the ew Ligutect A50 X Lightspeed abd its much better overall. Ill either keeps these as backups ir gift them to someone.

    After 4 months of use the mic stop working. Good thing for the BB warranty plan. overall OK headset. TB has issues currently with downloading the pc app forcing you to use the phone app. I will say if you have a console and PC its the easiest plug and play headset i have ever used.

    Great sound, hardware flaws

    Sound is great, but major hardware flaw on the flip up/down to mute and unmute. After about 3 weeks very light use, I found that upon flipping down to unmute, the boom mic did not monitor my voice and my friends could not hear me.

    It does not connect with the new Xbox series S or X. Restart both consoles and headset. Does not connect. I can’t even return it due to waiting for Turtle Beach getting back to me on how to fix it just to get the run around. As of April 4 2025 does not connect.
