    Great sound but battery life sucks it would ahve been nice not to have the battery behind the microphone and having to remove it every time time you wanted to change it out

    Complete Garbage for a $350 headset. It disconnects and on occasion the headset and game audio will go out of sync and it will start skipping. The sound is a complete wreck on your ears and the only way to fix it is to restart your headset which can take a good 30 seconds, horrible for competitive gaming.

    Ive had my headset for two months. At first i loved it. Ive always had the stealth 700, and i was excited when i found out there was finally an upgrade, but two weeks into owning this and my mic has become staticy on both mine and my party’s audio. Tried contacting service and they just tell me to update it or not to use the detachable microphone.

    Don't Buy

    Not Satisfied. There is definitely an engineering flaw with this headset. When it worked it was my favorite headset I've ever owned. The problem is the microphone boom and the swivel of it up and down. After minimal use of rotating the mic boom up and down it will cause failure on the microphone. There are several threads on reddit and some youtube videos on this warning of this problem. Unfortunately I was an early adopter of this headset, and I am just out of warranty. Which leads me to my next point, why does a $300 plus headset only have a 1 year warranty? Quality and long term use is not in your favor as a consumer with Turtle Beach. When you spend this amount of money on a product it should last several years.
