This is by far the beat headset I have ever owned. Easy set up and no static/interference.

I understand it if you're gaming for 14 hours straight and the audio dial is neat. Very uncomfortable and the inability to toggle the volumes between game or chat is bad.

The only problem with them was that two weeks after I bought them, Bestbuy had a Sale of $30.00 dollars OFF. I lost my receipt but went back to the store. Customer Service looked up my purchase on their computer. Then issued me the $30.00 Refund. I’m so happy that I’ve decided to put the money on another pair of these headsets to keep at my sons house. When I come over on the weekend for a 3-night visit. Well worth the duckets.

Only dpwn side is small plastic covers at the base of the heas band both broke within 6 months of using. I have a large head and both plastic bits broke when putting on head.
