My mic stopped working after a year, which is longer than a lot of people get from what I've seen. Also the lack of separate volume controls for game and voice chat is odd considering much cheaper headsets, including those by Turtle Beach have that.

As a pretty decent gamer I had these for 3-4 weeks and then the microphone stopped working. Go check on reddit and you will see HUNDREDS of people saying the exact same. The app is terrible not to mention you cant even update the headset because Turtle beach simply does not care about the people. All I can say is go check reddit that simple. You will see real reviews there. Huge Huge waste. go with Astros

Restart both consoles and headset. Does not connect. I can’t even return it due to waiting for Turtle Beach getting back to me on how to fix it just to get the run around. As of April 4 2025 does not connect.

Connectivity is great but hate everything is tide to the mobile app. Very annoying. I ended buying the ew Ligutect A50 X Lightspeed abd its much better overall. Ill either keeps these as backups ir gift them to someone.
