We were able to use the existing mount on our wall and returned this one as it was not needed. I cannot comment on its quality for that reason, nor can I recommend it.

The hardware gets the job done quite well. The installer was fantastic. She expertly mounted the bracket and then the TV. A first rate, skillful, intelligently accomplished install.

I had to buy this one off the Geek Squad truck because I was sent an open box product instead of a new one. It costed double.

I received multiple confusing messages about whether or not my TV installation was going to be completed. Including a text message at 6:30 AM on the day of the installation saying that they would be arriving between 730 and 11:30 AM with an ETA of 815. As I rushed to get back to my house to make sure that I would be there for the install this just suddenly disappeared. The system won’t let me very easily cancel my order so I’m trying to call to get my order canceled. I really wanted to call to reschedule and have Best Buy pay for my installation. But when I was talking to a supervisor, the supervisor hung up on me and has yet to give me a call back. The extreme frustration of dealing with a call center in India while trying to address delivery issues that are here in the United States with a local geek. Squad service is beyond comprehension. The incompetence of the communication the lack of integrity. This is not the Best Buy. I used to love as a company
