    The agent did not show up. My existing TV was removed. I have a huge box sitting my living room that I can not physically move. I just got off the phone with Geek Squad customer support, who can do nothing for me. I was told to call back in the morning because the appointment still shows in transit even though nobody is. I was also told to expect to have to wait three days before I can get the installation rescheduled because the installer did not show up when he was supposed to. So, I'm supposed to wait three days to get the huge box out of the middle of my living room. Who in their right mind thinks that is okay....

    No I am not a disgruntled customer, just a totally disappointed one. I have been a total tech person for 7 years and have spent over $8,000 with Best Buys. You cannot call the store. When you call the Geek Squad I find they send you overseas or whoever answers the phone does not speak good English. Hired Geek Squad to install a 85inch tv and to fix my great room theater which Geeks set up. They are specialized that 2 different crews on 2 different days. Window is 7am-7pm but they will text you day before (if you are lucky). Received a call from Eddie that they will be at my home between 12 & 2pm. At 4pm I texted Eddie where are you, no response. Again at 6pm, no response. Went to store to see what was up and nobody knew anything, but they would have store manager call me in the morning. Again, nothing. Waited till 2pm Friday as I had the home theater repair the next day. 20 minutes later the manager finally came out and said they did not want my business, and I would get a refund. What great customer service. Will never go back to Best Buys as they are the Worst Buys with no customer service and could care less if you shop there or someplace else.

    One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I bought my TV from Best Buy over a month ago, and their “free” mounting service has been a joke. Every day there’s a new excuse—short-staffed, snowstorms, or no-shows without notice. I’ve traveled out of state multiple times for nothing. “Free” apparently means you won’t get anything at all. Till this day 01/16 i have not received any call or help from best buy or geek squad what a shame their service is

    The worst delivery service ever. I requested installation for two TVs, they've failed me twice, and they still haven't resolved the problem. They don't know why they haven't come to install the TV racks at my house. I've called customer service, and they haven't been able to help either. When I call the store, they don't answer. At the store, they tell me that the complaints I filed don't apply to Puerto Rico. So how am I supposed to get this resolved?

    They charged me $179.00 and didn’t even show up. I called corporate, emailed, and called the local manager and no one would even answer the phone. I had to physically drive to a store to get someone to talk to me. Texting me the day before to confirm I’d be there for the arrival window then no-showing the day of is beyond unacceptable. On top of that, it’s going to take them another 2 weeks to get someone out here (if that person even shows up)

    The geek squad that they sent out to her house did not know how to do anything they told us we could not hang our TV on our wall cause we had steel studs we needed to have wood put behind them. They were so wrong. They were not the geek squad. They were hired out because your geek squad was too busy.

    Worst service ever. I took two days off work for workers that never came to install as promised with 0 communication. The 3rd time people arrived they didn’t speak English and my husband had to basically install the tv. Total scam. When I called Best Buy I was redirected 5000 times to people who could not help me

    Geek squad was a NO SHOW to my appointment

    The geek squad NEVER showed up to my appointment. I went into the store and they rescheduled my appointment for the following day and they did not show up to that appointment. I have been charged $179 and the order is still showing open. I cannot reach anyone via phone or chat that will help cancel the order and refund my money.

    the technician STEVE came over very rude , didnt take the damage item and didmt leave the replacement , which is not the procedure plus never closed hos route therefore left me dealing with getting my replacement over 1 month with no resolution horrible service

    2 separate crews came to conduct the delivery and install. Both crews unsuccessful in bringing my tv into the designated room and install the mount. Had to do this myself. What service did I pay for? Don’t even know if I got refunded what I paid for. Really a joke

    The Geek Squad didn’t show up nor call to let me know another 3rd party company. Once, the 3rd party vendor arrived, the owner was very respectful, professional and kept apologizing for Best Buy’s unacceptable customer service.

    Worst service dept on the planet. Installed a tv and the sound kept cutting out. The service dept came and picked up the tv and would like me to still pay $179 for the install of the broken tv.

    No tv mounted. Wrong crew came due to scheduling error by Best Buy. Now must wait until 1-13-26 to have work completed.after wrong came correctly scheduled agent reportedly got sick and didn’t come either.

    Terrible job. Terrible is being nice. They mounted a “new” tv that never should have been mounted and literally just left and said “sorry good luck”. I need my $ back or a tv soon

    Guys were great and very good at communicating the process. Biggest issue is they would install the TV on my mount as it could extended 18 inches from the wall so I had to purchase a new mount, which they had. This should have been more. Lear on the website. Install was fast, easy and well done.

    Crew that came and installed was great. There was a mix up with the other crew that was supposed to deliver it first, but once that was figured out it was great. Looks and works perfectly. Better than I could have done, and fast.
