I was totally disappointed in the delivery. They never showed and never notified us that they weren't coming. I couldnt get a hold of anyone at best buy. They dont have way to be reached in Augusta Maine. No one could figure out where it was for three day then the delivery guys showed unannounced three days later. Geek squaud couldnt help me locate it or cancel.

Absolutely as headache to deal with. This was over a month long process to get my TV mounted because Best Buy refuses to use their in house techs and contracts everything out to the bottom of the barrel contractors. I had my appointment cancelled 3 separate times with no explanation and trying to get an answer out of the customer service line is a headache in and of itself. If you can't get your local Geek Squad to install the TV I highly recommend getting someone else to do it. Don't put yourself through the struggle of the contractors Best Buy uses like I did.

This service was a nightmare. Their online customer service is a complete joke. The agents can't stop reading from their scripts long enough to give you any actual help. My appointment had to be rescheduled 3 times due to their incompetence. I had tried to be faithful to BestBuy, but after this experience and the complete lack of customer service, I doubt I will ever shop here again.

The salesperson told us the mount would extend 2 foot, but it was 2 inches. He failed to add it to the sale. The installation I paid for could not be done and they failed show for the postponed installation so weeks after it was supposed to be installed I hired someone else and got a refund.

They installed the tv. I paid an extra $20 for them to set up lights in the back of the tv. They did a horrible job. The lights fell and I am having a very hard time reaching back there to set them up. Never again will I use them

Didn't show up and was given wrong information throughout the day my TV was supposed to be delivered and installed. Would not recommend. Was given a $200 gift card for the issues I dealt with and ended up picking up and installing the TV myself.

Botched and cancelled by Geek Squad 3 times. Won't use them again.

Install was canceled on the day of appointment 5 times in a row by installer. Terrible experience.

Didn’t bother to ask where I wanted the TV mounted. Left a mess of dry wall powder.

Did not do a good job. Cable still exposed. Not happy for service. Most likely will not get installation from Best Buy on my next TV.

Terrible place to purchase anything from. Terrible management!
