Awful experience. Confrontational and incompetent service professional who mangled my AV set up. I would be a lot better off had he done nothing. When i followed up repeatedly, i was ignored. DO NOT trust them to install TVs. This was AFTER i got conned into an up-charge to "hide the wires" - its a frame TV -- in what planet would installation not include "hiding the wires." this should have been my warning to not use this technician. the second warning was how rude and unprofessional the service tech was. Harrassing know it all who knew nothing. If zero stars were an option, i'd give zero stars. Actively bad - not simply inactively bad!
