The setup of the TV was very nice and they explained how the set worked and answered the questions that I had. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.

The best $50 you'll ever spend. Not only are they quick and efficient but do you really want the liability for your $2500 investment? No mess, no fuss done in about 1/2 hour. PEACE of MIND.

The two Geek Squad men who set up our television were very helpful in explaining operating & using remotes. Ryan Vaught & mate were caring & considerate to both my wife & me.

Setup went quickly and smoothly. Technician interacted with me to assure that my preferences were accommodated including teaching me how to best utilize the unit’s capabilities.

The installers were on time, polite and workmanlike. They took extra time to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They were also very considerate regarding shoes on carpet.

The delivery men from Best Buy were very professional and had my new television up and working in no time at all. Very helpful with my questions and cleaned up after they finished the installation.

Geek Squad made sure that the TV was hooked up properly and that I am able to select Netflix as well as local channels. It's worth the money to have Geek Squad take care of the installation

Ayden is the best. Along with his partner, they set up both our TV's and hauled away our big, old TV. Extremely neat. For these guys alone, I wouldn't purchase anywhere else.

Having the TV delivered and set up was worth the price for me. The technician arrived on time and was very respectful. Received a tutorial on how to operate the new TV, which was great.

We got the TV Basic setup and it was great. The guys were professionals, carefully assembled and setup. They even showed us a few remote tricks and removed all the packaging. Very happy.

They were caught in some traffic (it is Ca.) and were late arriving but the set up went well and the employees were excellent; quick, efficient and complete.

TV delivery guys were on time and did a great job. They explained everything perfectly, were polite, clean and left everything neat and tidy. I give them perfect marks with five stars !!!!

Was a little anxious about the whole thinkg. Had doubts about buying something smarter than me. The guy who delevered and installed knew what they were doing and gave good instructions g.

Great TV. Clear picture. My main use is for YouTube. Connected by cat6 cable to my router. Loads fast. I have limited (local only) Verizon package. TV has too many commercials.

My TV was not delivered by Geek Squad, but some outside contractors. They did nothing but take my TV out of the box and attach the foot. They did not turn it on, or do any set up. They were early, before the scheduled time, so they had to wait for me to get there. Then they was in a big hurry to get done and leave. They did a very basic job, but without any enthusiasm, with leaving in mind. I suggest that the Geek Squad use a different contractor, or do the install themselves.
