The set up team came in at time scheduled. The set up was easy for them. Cleaned up beautifully. Respectful and patient as we made sure it was working well. Would ask for them again.

The Setup offered by Best Buy depends on the two person crew who delivers your equipment. We had one crew who couldn't be bothered to answer questions or assist in setup beyond plugging the TV in while another crew (we exchanged initial TV for a larger one) was excellent and very helpful -- also much more friendly and willing to discuss issues in setup with soundbar and other devices. If not satisfied with service, make sure that Best Buy knows about your issues,

TV delivered and installed by (2) nice guys. They set up the Apple TV and explained how everything was to work. Very professional and courteous. Pleasant experience.

SMART TV was delivered, set-up, registered with manufacturer using the TV's wireless connection, connected to cable and confirmed working before delivery crew left. Good investment.

They were in and out fairly quickly. I like that they call the day before to confirm and that they call you when thier on the way so that your ready. Very helpful with technology .

We bought a new tv for Dad (83yrs). They delivered and set up in less than 30 minutes. Dad is tech challenged and the geeks were polite, professional, and very respectful!

This is highly recommended. When my tv needed to be replaced I didn’t have to do a thing but call geek squad for repair or replacement. Well worth the investment.

If you think you can take the tv out of the box without damaging it, then do not pay an extra $50 for them to do it. Just lay the box flat on a bed and slide it out, don't put any downwards force on the screen (That should be obvious). Insert legs and cables. They come and take it out of the box, insert the legs into the bottom and run through the initial setup, which is comprised of a series of clicking the "okay" button. But the delivery guys were nice.
