    They came and dropped the tv off in the box and then took my old one away as it was a warranty issue. No help whatsoever

    Although the guys were pleasant, kind and courteous, get a truck and do the basic setup on your own.

    Setup was terrible. They didn't bother looking in the box for all the parts and I ended up having to help them

    Geek Squad did not set up correctly or it really seemed he didn't know how to. Delivery people were terrible leaving some packing material on TV when left and I as disabled had to help remove from box. Why did I pay to have delivered and set up??? Second fellow did nothing but ask iif old TV worked probably was going to keep himself. TV was 2 years old and broke

    I got charged for set up, they did not set up the tv

    The two young men that delivered the TV were not presentable! The employees in the store were very professional but the two that delivered were not. They set up the TV ok but could not program the remote.

    You can basically do this part yourself. I honestly don't know why I payed for this part of the service. If I would have known what these charges included. I would not have payed for this service.

    late in coming to deliver tv and the people who delivered it had no desire in helping set it up
