I paid for TV delivery and removal of my old TV. The delivery was made at the expected time and set up went without a hitch. I appreciated that they took time to go through the controls for the TV with me.

The two gentlemen that came to my home to set up my TV where fantastic they explain the whole set up to me. Any questions I had they also explained they were fantastic!!! Would definitely use Geek Squad again

The Best Buy Geek Squad was on time, installed the TV very quickly and showed me how to operate the new model and what features it had over the previous one I had. They were excellent technicians.

they called about 2 hours ahead of time arrived with the television took about a half hour to set up friendly and knowledgeable answered any questions and showed me how to set things up really good delivery

The Geek Squad rep called me thirty minutes before his arrival. He knew exactly what was needed to connect my TV and DVD player in our new entertainment center. He had all the cables in his van.

After a mix up with delivery time on the stores end, they arrived and set up my TV and sound bar very quickly. They were very courteous and took me through all of the steps of how to use my new items.

Would recommend the delivery and set up to anyone buying a big tv. The guys know what they are doing with the set up and are really quick. It worth the money to not have to haul your tv home and set up yourself.

Did in a half-hour that would have taken me much longer. Would recommend using The Geek Squad to Install anytime, for anyone purchasing a large screen TV. No risk on your part and they are efficient!

The Geek Squad delivered my new TV, set it up, programmed the remotes and took the old TV to recycle. What would I do without the Geek Squad? I'm not technical and they are the best.

Installation of my new 65" TV and stand was professional and fast. After installation all trash was picked up and removed. He even vacuumed the carpet where he unpacked the items. Great job!
