the guys were one time and even came back when I was running late. They made sure everything was hooked up and working properly. they wiped their feet before coming in and disposed of the box for me too!

i wasn't home, my son was when our tv got delivered. i would recommend the setup service as it makes it stress free for the purchaser. got home from work and it was all set to go.

The Awesome crew with Geek Squad really took care of me they showed how to use the television I purchased and even set it up for me I really impressed with the great customer service that was shown

We have been enrolled in tech support and overal service with Geek Squad for years. They save us so much time and are so up to date all the time with current information. We would not be without them.

What a great service! The Geek Squad took care of everything and even carted away our old tube-type super-heavy TV. Well worth the minimal cost to have them take care of everything for us.

They set it up quickly. When they arrive, they thought all they were supposed to do was drop it off. I informed them I paid for drop off and set up. They kindly set it up

Normally I don’t like these upcharges. But the guys were professional and helpful. Would recommend if you don’t want to be bothered with hooking up yourself.

One was helpful and informative. They were very fast at unpacking and setting up the TV on my cabinet, although they forgot to remove the film over the screen.

We have had them deliver & set up our 2 new Samsung tvs at different times. They do an awesome job. Hooked up all my accessories. Explained how to use tv & all accessories. Will use them for all purchases

We had the Geek Squad deliver and set-up our new 65" Sony TV and to take away our old (20 year old) projection TV. They did an excellent job of unboxing and setting up the TV and removing the old one.

Very efficient delivery and pickup of our old TV. We have a super long driveway and the guys parked in road and carried in the new TV and carried out the old. Very efficient and on time!

The cable quality and picture quality are solid and what I would expect, my only issue is it seems to be a little expensive but in video quality you get what you pay for.

Guys came in and set up tv. Both individuals were courteous and helpful when it came to answering any questions I had. And they delivered within the assigned time while calling before hand.

The delivery men right on time & called shortly before arriving. However, they came in a rental tuck & had no Best Buy ID to show me. The box had been opened when it came off the truck, so how do I know it was not an "open box' item. The delivery driver said he had opened it to install the base of the TV before he got to my house. Instructions were adequate especially since the cable man was coming later.

The two gentlemen who came to set up my new TV were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were friendly and helped answer all my questions regarding how the TV works and how to use the remote control.

It was nice to have them deliver my TV and place it on the base. I took one star off for the price. When I buy a $3500 TV I feel delivery and set up should be included.

Worth it if you buy a protection plan because it saves you $30. Total savings $80 on 5 yr. PP-$50 install charge=$30. If u don't have another person to help u lift the TV definitely do it cause it'd be hard for one person to manage. Everything else they do in the install is basics so if u don't know where to plug in stuff/setup tv consider it. Without buying protection plan probably not worth it.

I had a problem with the audio sync with the video and audio not syncing properly. The technician was able to correct the problem very quickley.

Both men who delivered and set-up my 77 inch tv were very personable. Took them no time to set up my TV. A great service especially if you are unfamiliar with electronic equipment.

Everything was done as expected in an efficient and timely manner. The Geek Squad answered all of my questions and assisted me with a wide range of operational features of the TV. They were great!
