    The picture and color is much more pronounced and colors are like real with this calibration, works wonders on the eyes.

    I Purchase a tv calibration on Sept 14 2020 and the salesman told me there will be somebody from Best Buy that contact you within 24 to 48 hours. I keep getting emails to go ahead and make a appointment but its says there are no days available and to call 1-800-433-5778 and talk to them and they can't make appointment. But they say they can't help me ether. I just wish somebody would contact me and to let me know something and update or make an appointment. I thinking of just cancelling the service.

It's always frustrating to feel neglected and like your time was wasted. We'd be happy to look into this for you and see what's going on. It sounds like the appointment is still sitting in a draft status and may need to be recreated. I'd recommend heading in or calling over to your local Best Buy store to get this resolved.     We purchased a 75” Samsung 7Q. We just had it calibrated. We are very happy with the calibration.

    The tech was great but he said there was not very much that needed calibration so there wasn’t much of a difference....the plus is that I bought a good tv
