This is a waste of money. The color and image was worse after the service than before. I could have made the same changes myself at no cost. I would not recommend this service.

Purchased the TV Calibration almost a year ago, and some reason its not on my TV anymore as an option, called 1-866-859-9471, (Geek squad Home setup), and was advised I would have to pay another $249.99 for it to be calibrated, Which i already paid for. Lost $250.00.

I took the day off from work, eagerly awaiting their arrival. Never heard from them again.Called to see what happened to my appointment. Geeksquad apparently had more important things to do or something as the customer service rep didn't see any notes about it. As of now, I have no use for Geeksquad anything. I wash my hands of them.

No one to calibrate in my area???

Called numerous times to get service but no luck. Central Dispatch keeps telling me that they will call me back and they don't. No answers as of yet and its been two weeks. Highly upset.
