From the phone call setting it up to the day of the appointment everything went perfect. The calibrator was polite, informed and efficient. I had a few questions and he answered them in a way I could understand. New TV looks great!

I was hesitant about spending the money to get my Samsung 55" Smart TV calibrated. It comes with a guarantee -- if you don't like it they will reverse the calibration. OMG -- the picture came ALIVE in my room. Amazing difference, the Tech also said it reduces the heat generated from the TV and the TV will last longer. I was amazed at the difference, the picture is perfect -- I had the Tech do my other 50" flat TV that I have. Now both TV's are absolutely stunning. WELL worth the money -- I would do it again and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone to get the calibration done with a flat panel TV. Best Buy is a fantastic company -- their TECH - Geek Squad are amazing. They are so informative and they also calibrated my Blue Ray DVD players - which is included in the TV calibration cost so when I play DVD's (not always blue ray) the picture is amazing.

Picture looked good before and looks even better now. Tech suggested I get the subscription to GEEK SQUAD since I have multiple OLED TV's which means I will save a lot of money over the year on other calibrations or service. Well done.

The agent installed my TV and explained to me how to used the remotes and search the different stations. Which really helped me to a new TV. My older TV didn't have the updated features.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me about everything he was doing and gave me a tutorial. The service was exceptional and I highly recommend that young man.

The associates that came to calibrate my TV were very professional. They were on time and after they were done, took the time to explain what they did and even showed me how to reset the settings in the event of a power outagel

The Calibration guy (Shawn) came by to do a TV calibration and he was very knowledgeable. It was good to know that he is also ISF certified. Very pleased with the service done.

I was very hesitant to have my LG OLED TV calibrated since the picture already looks amazing right out of the box, but it somehow made it even better. It's so real you can actually reach in the television and be part of the scene.

Everything is up on the wall and working perfectly. In addition, they came and dialed it all in so that the picture is perfect.

I didn't like the new picture at first but can appreciate the improvement once I got used to the new look.

Geek Squad tech was highly competent and took his time tweaking my Sony Bravia TV. End result was a subtle but noticeable improvement in picture quality. Highly recommended.

The technician arrived as promised and set up quickly. He was thorough and explained what was being done as he went. He also answered all questions that were asked even about things not related to the calibration.

It took a 3rd visit before the sound system was completely working.

Compared to the price of the TV, it was a reasonable add-on. The technician set up his equipment and proceeded through multiple steps for each available HDMI input to optimize the picture quality regardless of the source.
